Warrior combines unique variations of plies, lunges, squats, and leg balances to challendge the lower body while also working the upper body and entire core.
This workout offers three segments: 30 minutes lower body, 13 minutes upper body and core, and 10 minutes stretching with relaxation.
You can choose one segment at a time or all three for a complete, total body workout. Music only option.
